On the rare occasion you’re experiencing difficulties with your IT hardware, we have a portal where you can submit a ticket to get the help you need.

If any hardware is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it for you straight away as long as it’s within its warranty period. For products outside of their warranty period, we are happy to assist you with a fixed hourly rate.

We're here 24/7/365.

Access to our portal is available 24/7 and we aim to be in touch the same day or the next day if your ticket is logged after working hours. Upon submitting, you will need to include the following:

  • Name
  • Contact details (phone number and email address)
  • Sales order reference
  • System tag or serial number of hardware
  • Description of the problem
