Our Dell boxed servers come with a bezel rack kit and a manual. All other products do not come with cables, manuals, or any other accessories. This is because different IT infrastructures have different requirements. We do not stock the necessary accessories, however, we can source them for you upon request. The lead time for an item depends on its stock status and type. For general parts like CPUs, RAM, and GPUs, if the item is in stock, we offer next-business-day delivery. If it is out of stock, the lead time is typically 3 to 5 days. For servers and other builds, the lead time is 3 to 5 business days. If they are not in stock, it usually takes 7 to 10 business days.

Our lead times are the same whether you are ordering from within the UK or internationally. For general components such as CPUs, RAM, and GPUs, we provide next-business-day delivery for items in stock. Should an item be out of stock, the typical lead time extends to 3 to 5 days. For servers and other complex builds, delivery is 3-5 business days for in-stock items and 7-10 business days if they are out of stock.

In the event you need to make a warranty claim, you must log a ticket using our customer portal. Our team will remotely try to fix the issue, or if necessary, the equipment will need to be sent back to us for evaluation or replacement. For more information, please visit our technical support page.

Yes, for our Dell recertified products, we offer a Dell on-site next-business-day warranty. For all other products, we collaborate with our on-site warranty partners, and prices vary depending on the specific build. Please note that this type of warranty is only available through direct communication with a representative and cannot be accessed on our website. We have an in-house process to securely wipe data from refurbished storage devices, adhering to industry standards for data destruction. Additionally, we provide an option for data erasure using Blancco, offering an extra layer of security and compliance for those who prefer it.

Recertified hardware is previously used or returned hardware that undergoes rigorous refurbishment that achieves manufacturer certification for quality and meeting specific standards. Typically accompanied by a manufacturer warranty, it strikes a balance between quality and cost-effectiveness.

In general, refurbished products are lower priced than brand-new. Our refurbished and recertified products offer savings of up to 70%.
